With a degree in Digital Media, Wayne quickly transitioned into live television and spent 3 years working for Nickelodeon on the popular television series “Slime Time Live”.Chasing adventure, Wayne moved on to manage a variety of reality television series for ABC, CBS, Discovery, Fox and Showtime such as “High School Musical: Get In the Picture”, “Here Come the Newlyweds 2”, “Life on a Wire” and more.
Following 5 years of non-stop travel in the reality world, Wayne made a move to permanent freelance with the Walt Disney Company managing projects for the Broadcast, Marketing, PR and Imagineering teams.
After wrapping up 12 years with the Walt Disney Company, Wayne has partnered with Islander Studios to pursue original content development and preferred client specialty project support.
